Repair of measuring instruments

Ordering procedure for repairs:

  • Your enquiries or orders can be placed by phone + 386 1 4778 300, fax +386 1 4778 303, or e-mail to info.metrology@siq.si. They should include your observations with regard to the functioning of the measuring instrument in question and your preferred date for the repair of your instrument that we will try to take into consideration as much as possible.
  • Order forms and measuring instruments, including pertinent documentation and equipment, should be delivered at least one working day prior to the agreed date for the provision of the ordered service to SIQ, Reception Office (ground floor) at Tržaška 2, Ljubljana, Slovenia, between 7 am and 3 pm.
  • After the examination of the delivered measuring instrument, we will send you our offer for its repair.
  • As soon as we receive your confirmation of our offer, we will start the repair procedure. If you cannot confirm our offer, we shall charge you the costs of the estimation of the needed repair. The costs of the estimation of the needed repair are EUR 300.00 (excluding VAT).
  • As soon as we inform you that we have completed the ordered service, and after full settlement of our invoice, you can collect the delivered measuring instruments, documentation and equipment.
