Artificial intelligence is entering a new phase of development. While large language models (LLMs) have become indispensable tools in recent years for text generation, information analysis, and decision support, a new generation of solutions is now emerging – AI agents.
AI agents are no longer just digital assistants, but autonomous digital collaborators capable of using tools, performing tasks, and solving complex problems. Organizations that understand the difference between LLM systems and AI agents are already gaining a significant competitive advantage.
This training guides participants through the entire development process – from understanding the fundamentals of artificial intelligence to building real AI applications that can be used in a business environment.
The training is based on a practical approach and enables participants to quickly acquire knowledge that is currently among the most in-demand in the field of digital transformation.
PurposeThe purpose of the training is to equip participants with practical skills for using artificial intelligence in developing digital solutions and understanding the modern AI tools ecosystem. Participants are guided from basic AI concepts to developing their own AI applications and prototypes (MVPs). Special emphasis is placed on understanding the concept of Context Engineering, which represents one of the most important competencies for effective use of AI systems. |

Content
The training consists of six modules that gradually guide participants from understanding the technology to developing concrete solutions.

Recommended ParticipantsThe training is intended for professionals who want to understand and apply AI in the development of digital solutions and business processes:

| No programming knowledge is required, but a basic understanding of digital technologies and willingness to actively participate in practical tasks is recommended. For participants who wish to experiment with local AI models, a computer with at least 16 GB RAM and a modern processor is recommended, but not required. |
Working method
The training is conducted as an intensive two-week program combining theoretical explanations and practical work. It follows a learn-by-doing approach, where most of the time is dedicated to practical work. The training includes:
- expert lectures
- hands-on workshops
- individual or group project work
- development of your own MVP project
- presentation and discussion of solutions.
Participants use modern AI tools such as: Google Gemini, AI Studio, Firebase, NotebookLM, Antigravity, Claude, GitHub and n8n. Most platforms offer free versions sufficient for training purposes.
Certificate
 | Upon successful completion, you will receive the title: AI Agent Development Practitioner. The condition for obtaining the certificate is regular attendance, active participation, and the development and presentation of your own project (MVP – minimum viable product) demonstrating the application of acquired knowledge. |
