Online course: ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Internal Auditor of Quality Management Systems established in Laboratories

Internal audits of a quality management system established in a laboratory, carried out by competent auditors, can make an important contribution to the efficiency of a laboratory and are at the same time the driving force behind the continuous improvement of the laboratory’s quality.

Purpose

This course will provide participants with a detailed presentation of the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Through case studies and audit simulations, you will learn to independently conduct internal audits of a quality management system established in a laboratory, and master audit preparation, reporting and the preparation corrective action programmes. 

On successful completion of a written exam, you will be awarded an SIQ certificate of successful completion of the ISO 17025:2017 course.

• anyone who wants to learn more about the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and to acquire auditing knowledge and skills.

Working methods and preparation for the course

• The course consists of lectures, experience sharing, case studies and an internal audit simulation.
• At the end of the course, the participants take a written exam.
• To make the course easier to follow, please make sure you have a valid copy of ISO/IEC 17025:2012.

The online course will take place in a live online e-classroom.  Up to two days before the implementation, registered participants will receive a link to the online course. Participants need a computer with a microphone and a camera, as well as access to a reliably functioning internet connection to participate in online course without interruption.
